Pick-up time and location

Attendees of the satellite event will be transferred to HWK by bus. The meeting point will be the bus stop in front of the main entrance of the Maritim Hotel on Sunday the 25th and the bus will depart at 09:15. The return trip will be after the last talk from the HWK and you will be back at the Conference Centre in time.

Catering

Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided at the Bistro of the HWK. Catering is included in the participation fee.

Registration

A maximum of 100 participants may attend the satellite symposium.
