Conference Fees

Registration for the main conference allows you to submit one abstract until April 2nd, 2013. After that date, registration continues but abstract submission will be no longer possible. Registration fees increase at 01.06.2013. Registering after 15.08.2013 will only be possible on-site.

Payments are made by Credit Card. For German participants, payments can also be made by bank transfer (Bankeinzug). Payment in cash is only possible on-site.

Registration for satellite events (Bernstein tutorials, Art symposium etc.) is subject to space limitations and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants registered for the main conference can also attend the Reception at the Park Hotel (Sunday 25th) and the Social Event in the Schlachthof (Monday 26th). These events are free of charge but require announcement (will be asked during the registration process).
